Anyone who follows me on facebook may have noticed that it was taking me a while to pick my favorites on this wedding. Ashley and Jim had a beautiful fall wedding on November 6th, 2010. I remember when I met with Ashley initially, I was pretty booked for 2010...but there was something about the way she described her big day, and her photography preferences, that made me think..."I want to shoot this wedding"!
Their ceremony took place at the Graham Chapel on Washington University's campus...it's a pretty neat place...
And Jim was no slouch!
Her peacock feather theme was interspersed throughout the day's details, without being too much...and Ashley made those clutches!

At one point during the day, Chantel mentioned..."she just really loves him...you can tell by the way she looks at him". She is so right!
The reception was at Windows on Washington...I always think this is a pretty cool city spot for a reception...
Ashley and Jim, I wish you nothing but the best! We had a blast at your wedding :)

Beautiful! I love Wash U for pics. That's where we did ours since I went to grad school there. Such beautiful backgrounds!!
The black and white photos are simply stunning!
So, I'm reading through this post going "I know that bride from somewhere." Oddly enough, I was the planner for the wedding up on 8, and I was hanging out in the lobby where Ashley and Jim were greeting guests. (And, after reading Lisa's comment, too. Her and I were on 8). Gorgeous photos btw!
Brit and Lisa...I wish I would have seen you guys! I have tunnel-vision on wedding days and often don't notice what's going on around me :)
